Baking Soda Bath for Your Feet – soaking your feet in baking soda can help ease athlete’s foot. It’s a quick and easy remedy that usually works. Most athlete’s foot remedies that call for a soda bath soak recommend soaking your feet once a day for about 30 minutes at a time.
Alcohol Rub – an application of rubbing alcohol is another easy remedy for athlete’s foot. Simply rub the affected area with cotton soaked in rubbing alcohol, usually at least once a day.
Tea Tree Oil – several of our visitors have recommended using tea tree oil to treat athlete’s foot. We don’t know if it works, but it may be worth investigating.
Aloe Vera-Based Products – as you may know from reading the information on this website, aloe vera and aloe vera-based products are useful for treating and curing many different types of ailments, and athlete’s foot is one of them. Simply rub some aloe vera gel, lotion or cream (depending on the specific product) at least once per day – some recommend rubbing the affecting area twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, do what works best for you.
