Avoid
Excess Sugar
This
doesn't mean you can't have something sweet once
in a while. It means don't over indulge. If you
can give it up completely, that may be even better,
but cutting down to sensible levels will definitely
boost your health.
In
practical terms, this means that we should forgo
the doughnut and instead opt for the apple, the
banana, peach, pear, or whatever other fruit you
like.
Exercise
Each Day
Massive
amounts of research have, time after time, shown
that daily exercise does so many things its almost
amazing. Exercise boosts the functioning of your
immune system, wards of infections, ailments and
many diseases, helps cure sick bodies, controls
weight and basically strengthens all of the body's
systems.

many of us, variety is key to sticking to an exercise
program. For some, boredom quickly sets in and little
by little our daily exercise routine becomes weekly,
then bi-weekly, then monthly

and allowing time for muscles, bones, and tendons
to recuperate.

setting is extremely important! There is nothing
like setting your mind on a goal and then working
steadily to achieve it. It gives you purpose, expanded
vision, and provides a path for you to follow. It's
exiting, fun and rewarding - all components of a
healthy life!
